Welcome to Sunnydale Bed and Breakfast, a cozy and friendly retreat located on Blackpool’s North Shore, just moments from Queens Promenade. Since opening in May 2026, we’ve been proud to offer comfortable accommodation across six ensuite bedrooms, along with a warm and welcoming dining room where guests can enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast each morning.
At Sunnydale, our goal is to create a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere where you can truly feel at home while making the most of everything Blackpool has to offer.
OUR ROOMS
Every bedroom includes a TV, free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge stocked with fresh milk and bottled water, a hairdryer, and refillable plant-based toiletries. Full details below.
SERVICES
Breakfast
Start your day with a freshly prepared breakfast in our cosy dining room.
Alongside a hearty full english breakfast, we also offer a selection of cereals, toast, fruit juice, tea, and freshly brewed coffee.
We cater for a range of dietary preferences and requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.
Fresh cow’s milk, oat milk, and brown rice milk are all available.
If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please let us know when booking so we can make sure your breakfast is tailored to your needs.
Wherever possible, we aim to use fresh, locally sourced ingredients to give you the best start to your day.
Amenities
We have free on street parking which comes on a first come first serve basis.
There is a large council pay and display carpark approx 3 mins walk from us on Gynn Square.
Please note that all of our guest rooms are located on the first and second floors, and as a traditional property, we do not have lift access.
We welcome children aged 6 and over; however, please note that we are unable to provide facilities such as highchairs, travel cots, or storage for pushchairs.
While we love animals, we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate pets due to family allergies within the property.

Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payments

Deposit: A deposit equivalent to the cost of a one-night stay is required at the time of booking to reserve your room.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Payment Methods: Payments are preferred via bank transfer.

Direct Bookings Only: We accept direct bookings only. Bookings can be made via our website contact form or by calling Sandra directly on 01253 351452.
2. Minimum Stay Requirements

A minimum stay of 2 nights applies to all bookings.

Discounts are available for stays of 3 or more consecutive nights (please contact us directly for pricing and availability).
3. Arrival & Guest Information

Children: We welcome children aged 6 years and older. Please note that we do not have facilities for travel cots, highchairs, or pushchairs.

Pets: We love animals, but due to severe family allergies, we operate a strict no pets/animals policy.

Special Requests & Celebrations: If you are celebrating a special occasion (such as a birthday or anniversary) or have specific requirements, please let us know in advance so we can assist in making your stay enjoyable.
4. Property & Accessibility

Room Access: All guest rooms (Rooms 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 9) are located on the first and second floors. Please note that there is no lift in the building.

Free on-street parking is available directly outside on a first-come, first-served basis.

A large council pay-and-display car park is located approximately a 3-minute walk away at Gynn Square.
